The Positive Social Media Project
I recently asked students and staff at Leeds City College to share how they're feeling, what their favourite hobbies are and what they would say to someone experiencing worry.
The expressions of how people are currently feeling have been illustrated on the 'Relax. Dont Stress Out. Breath' image. As you can see, there is a varied response. This is good indication that although some of us are feeling positive and ok at the moment, others are experiencing some anxiety and worry. In these uncertain times, it's very important that we are all keeping our minds occupied and support each other as much as we can.
If you are experiancing worry, read some of our lovely affirmations from staff and students at Leeds City College:

We’re all probably feeling a bit overwhelmed but there are still ways we can feel connected and help each other out. These #ViralKindness cards are an amazing and simple way to offer your support in the community. Just print the card, write down how you can help and pop it through the letterbox of someone who you think needs help.
During the Coronavirus outbreak many people have come forward to help and support their neighbours.
We want you and your neighbours to be safe whilst you help one another out during this uncertain time.
Together with Leeds City Council, Voluntary Action Leeds have produced the guide (link below) to offer tips and advice on how to help safely.
